About us

Founded in 2019, CO-CREATORS Club was established by a group of passionate trainers, each with their own personal brands, who united to share their expertise and create a greater impact. 

Our mission from the start was clear: to design and deliver advanced training, coaching, personal development, and mentorship programs mainly for young (social) entrepreneurs, but also for managers and employees. We aimed to support the creation of social enterprises, hire marginalized individuals, and contribute to reducing poverty while promoting economic equality.

Despite our vision and drive, the Macedonian ecosystem has yet to implement a proper legal framework for social enterprises, limiting our ability to secure significant grant support. As a result, we have relied heavily on our own resources and skills to achieve our goals. Luckily, based on the huge demand, we have been organizing more than 70 workshops, training and mentorship programs, both domestic and international, on-site and online, directly influencing the life of about 3.000 people, mostly youth.

Over the past six years, we have continuously adapted to the challenges, especially during the Pandemic and post-Pandemic time, and in 2024, we took a bold step forward. We expanded the scope of our Civil Society Organization (CSO) to focus on three core pillars that will strengthen our team and foster even stronger international collaborations and partnerships. We are committed to making a tangible difference in these focus areas: 1) Empowerment and Inclusion; 2) Well-being and Resilience; and 3) Sustainable Development.

That’s how, lately, through various initiatives - ranging from workshops on financial literacy and digital skills to advocacy campaigns for mental health - we strive to break down barriers for marginalized communities, especially youth, and provide them with the tools and resources to thrive. Our collaborative efforts with organizations across Europe, MENA, and the Adriatic-Ionian region have strengthened our impact and expanded our reach, helping us to implement current and future projects that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contribute to building a sustainable, inclusive society.

Without doubt, our first overall accomplishment, that we are proud of, is the significant number of youth trained, mentored, and coached, which number is over 3000 youth, most of them ambitious ones.  

In addition to it, our second accomplishment it that lately we succeed to increase our partnership base in Europe with inspiring new collaborations, so reached the number of 20 collaborators. Some of them are part of very well recognized European and Global networks.  That being said we are happy to share that during the last few months we expanded our impact by partnering also in Slovenia, Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, Austria and Italy.
